MUMBLES ALBION 0 V 3 LLANGYFELACH

Not a good start from Mumbles who found it hard to get started in the  first half against a very good side. We found ourselves 1-0 down within a couple of minutes from a long ball from their keeper and a strong shot from their striker. It was 2-0 soon after with another break up the left wing resulting in a tap in form our opponents. Worst was to come as Llangyfelach went 3-0 just before the break with a run up midfield from our  kick off which ended in a shot to the back of the goals.

Second half saw a much better display from Mumbles with our defence holding tight and strikes from Shane, Jack and Lewis hitting the post. Mumbles supplied most of the pressure second half but could not hit the target so the score remained 3-0

MUMBLES ALBION 3 V 0 UNION RANGERS

A first class performance from Mumbles which saw Michael give us the lead with a fine strike early on. Albion threatened the Union goalmouth various times throughout the game and deserved 2 penalties which were not given for some reason or other, but despite this Joshua found the back of the net after some great individual play to open his account for the day. Soon after Joshua bagged his second and Mumbles third to make the game safe at 3-0. Late on  a terrific save from stand in keeper Sam made it a clean sheet for him after an impressive display.

MUMBLES ALBION 0 V 2 ST JOSEPHS

Mumbles rounded off the day with, unfortunately, a loss against a very good St Joseph side. A superb display, again, from Joshua in midfield who caused trouble all match for them. With some strong runs from Tom and Sam on the wings and a couple of attempts on goal from Shane we were unlucky not to take the lead. Despite heroics from our defence and Lucas in goals  we conceded  two goals in a short space of time and found it hard to recover from it, so the score remained 2-0.
